Investment opportunities · Brazil

Invest in processing and beneficiation in Brazil.

Brazil holds world-class mineral endowments and exports most of them as ore and concentrate.

The margin sits in processing — and that is where we are opening projects to investors.

Open opportunities

Three projects. Available under NDA.

Lithium · Priority

A processing facility at the ore body

Licensed, producing operation in Northeast Brazil. Ore averaging 10.55% elemental Li across eight independent laboratories, and more than 80 Mt identified.

The carbonate–phosphate–silicate mineralogy dissolves without roasting. Two validated routes lead to lithium sulfate and lithium carbonate, with 50–70% lower conversion energy indicated by the project's metallurgical work.

Structures — Equity or joint venture in the plant · offtake with prepayment · project finance backed by ore supply

Manganese

Beneficiation and long-term export

42–44% and 46–48% Mn ore with 30,000 t/month of delivery capacity and rail-linked port logistics in Bahia.

Capital and offtake partners are sought for beneficiation, blending and long-term export contracts to steel and ferroalloy markets.

Structures — Offtake · prepayment · equity in beneficiation

Graphite

Upgrading toward battery grade

Natural graphite with up to 99% carbon purity, more than 63 Mt measured and 120,000 t/year of production targeted, under 300 km from two export ports.

An opportunity to invest in purification and value-added processing for anode, refractory and specialty markets.

Structures — Offtake · exclusive supply · investment in processing

Why process in Brazil

The conditions are already here.

Ore on site

Licensed, producing assets remove years of exploration risk from the processing case.

Clean power

A power grid led by hydro, wind and solar lowers the carbon footprint of every tonne processed.

Open trade

Since 2022, lithium foreign trade no longer requires prior authorisation (Decree 11.120/2022).

Traceable supply

Single-origin, documented supply answers the due-diligence and carbon-footprint rules of markets such as the European Union.
